All transactions are between Buyer & Seller. CellarBid.com does not vouch for either party to the transaction.
Although CellarBid.com requires that Sellers accurately describe their items, any item not matching the description must be resolved with the Seller as CellarBid does not confirm descriptions and therefore cannot be responsible for items that are not accurately described by the Seller.
